Installation

First, verify that you're running the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. The plugin requires at least WordPress 5.1 and WooCommerce 3.5, and is tested to work with versions up to WordPress 6.1 and WooCommerce 7.0.1.

Automatic installation

1. Download the plugin repository as a single zip file.
2. Log in to your WordPress account as admin, go to the Plugins section in the menu, and click Add New.
3. Click Upload Plugin, then click Choose File to select the zip file from your computer, or type the plugin's name.
4. Install the plugin and activate it.
5. Go to Plugin Settings and add the necessary configurations.

Manual installation

1. Unpack and upload the plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
3. Go to Plugin Settings and add the necessary configurations.

Prerequisites

Before you start configuring, do the following:

1. Whitelist the IP address of your website server. Send the list of your website server IP addresses to [email protected], so that the Centrobill team can whitelist them.
2. Whitelist the Centrobill IP addresses from https://api.centrobill.com/ips and https://epayment.centrobill.com/epayment/feed/ip_list.php.
3. Check the OpenSSL version. Version 1.0.2n or newer is required.
4. Add your website in the Merchant Portal and set the site type to WooCommerce. For instructions, see Create a website to initiate payment.

Tip

One-time payments (deposits) require the WooCommerce plugin and the Centrobill Gateway plugin. Recurring payments require the WooCommerce plugin, the Centrobill Gateway plugin, and WooCommerce Subscriptions.

Configuration

1. In the WooCommerce menu on the left, go to Settings.
2. Open the Payments menu.
3. Locate Centrobill Credit Cards and click Manage on its right. You're taken to Credit Cards in the Payments tab.
4. In the Credit Cards tab, paste the auth key provided by the Centrobill Merchant Support team into the Authentication key field.
5. Enter your site ID in the Site ID field. You receive the site ID after you add your website in the Merchant Portal.
6. Configure the remaining settings according to your needs.
7. To enable additional payment methods, select the Enable checkbox in each method's tab. Check with your Account manager to confirm the method is enabled for your Centrobill account.

Tip

Cryptocurrency payments are always one-time payments. Blockchain technology doesn't support recurring payments (rebills, trials, or free trials).
